Soon the STAR Health Center will have a convenient new service available to our patients. With the SHC Patient Portal, you will be able to connect with your health care team through a convenient, safe, and secure environment. Your security is important, and only you will have access to your information. We use sophisticated technology to encrypt, safeguard, and secure your personal information. So, ask your provider or check this website in the next few weeks and look for a notification that the Patient Portal has been activated for your use. If you want to use this new service, you will be asked to register to establish a confidential email and password. Through the Patient Portal, you will be able to:
- Communicate with your provider online through secure email.
- Review your lab results
- Refill your prescription(s).
- Request prescription refills
- Schedule, change, or cancel an appointment with your provider.
- Update contact information
- View and download educational materials
- Receive your test results via secure email.
- Request your personal health records.
